The space
Designed for you to have a pleasant stay in total comfort, the apartment is equipped with A/C and ceiling fans.
A very cozy bedroom, with a king size bed, soft sheets and bedspreads will welcome you after a long sight seeing day, also it has a big closet with safety box & iron. The balcony has with a beautiful sight over the local mayan jungle.
It has a full bathroom with a large shower, hot water and hair dryer.
The apartment has everything you might need for a care-free stay: the kitchen has a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, stove and all kitchen appliances.
In the living room area, there is a queen size sofa bed for two additional guests, it also has SMART TV, NETFLIX (with account included), WIFI, and board games to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Guest access
The common areas have an amazing pool with a 33 meters long swimming channel, there is 24/7 security service, reception and self check in through a lock box so you can access regardless the time of your arrival.

Other things to note
The condo is located in a privileged area of Tulum, far from tourist concentrations, but close to Tulum down town and some minutes from the beach. It is worth to mention that all Tulum is a developing area, so there might be some noise from nearby buildings.
