The space
This studio is located in-between Tulum town and the beach, in a modern and exotic architectural space surrounded by tropical nature but with all the technological comforts to ensure a truly exclusive and comfortable stay. • This is one of only two exclusive top-floor studios of the property (penthouse floor) which offers total privacy and exclusivity. You have access to the elevator as well as the stairs to get to the apartment.

• A comfortable huge king size bed and blackout curtains ensure a perfect rest. Outdoor and indoor dining and lounge areas next to a perfectly equipped kitchen that includes the highest quality appliances such as Samsung refrigerator, Samsung microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, regular blender, Bullet blender, toaster, tea maker, and all other necessary kitchen utensils. Also included are fresh beach and bath towels, shower gel and shampoo, wardrobe with hangers, private and very fast fiber optic Wifi (50 Mb/s) for reliable remote working, fast video live streaming and more, excellent air conditioning for hot days, a huge 55″ Samsung smart TV with Netflix and other online streaming apps, a private washing machine, as well as a functional cloth drying rack which you can put up easily on the private terrace.

• It is only 8 minutes to town with plenty of trendy taco places and restaurants like Burrito Amor, El Camello Jr, Humo, La Hoja Verde, La Bonita, etc., and many cool bars and clubs like Amapola, or Batey Mojito Bar.

• The beach is only 10 minutes away and you can get there with the property’s shuttle bus, by bike, taxi or drive your own (rental) car. Relax at one of the many public beaches like Las Palmas or Paraiso, or hang out and enjoy one of the many famous beach clubs like Papaya Playa Project, Coco Tulum, Boa, La Zebra, Casa Malca, Akiin, etc. (check also if there is a full moon party at Papaya Playa Project while you are in Tulum, it’s worth it!).

• The Mayan ruins of Tulum are located on the other side of the village about 10 minutes from the condo, a must-do. The tall pyramid of Coba is a little bit further inlands but yet not more than 25 minutes driving from the condo.

• Not to forget, visit at least one of the amazing cenotes (natural water pools) that connect with one of the biggest underground river systems in the world. Visit at least one of them while in Tulum like for example Cenote Cristal and Escondido, Calavera, Gran Cenote, Dos Ojos and Nicte Ha, Casa Maya, etc. Most of the cenotes are just a 10 to 15 minute bike ride away and definitely worth the trip.

• Anti-virus measures in place: total privacy, autonomous check-in, sanitized apartment, hand sanitizer, new soap for each reservation, new shampoo for each reservation, new shower gel for each reservation, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

Guest access
The studio is 100% private and no one else other than your group has access except the cleaning staff (with prior approval from you). You have also access to the property’s large common areas and huge pools, jacuzzi, the lobby bar, pool bar and rooftop bar, lounge chairs and sun beds, balinese beds, showers, fitness center (free access included), spa (additional cost), as well as the public bathrooms and the elevators (alternatively to the stairs).

You have also access to the MISTIQ Beach Hotel and Beach Club and you can take the free shuttle from the apartment to that beach club. Just ask at the front desk and they will help and coordinate for you.

Other things to note
This studio is one of only two exclusive studios located on the top-floor (penthouse floor) offering a lot of privacy. The apartment features a beautiful combination of locally handmade furniture and antique Mexican pieces, next to state-of-the-art technology appliances and installations that include a water treatment plant, elevator, fast fiber optic Wifi (50 Mb/s) and other amenities. If you travel with your little one, I am happy to provide a baby crib for your stay without any cost. By the way, the building is 100% electric (all facilities are electric) so there is absolutely NO GAS or monoxide anywhere at all.
