Other Rules 1) Please be mindful of your noise level after 10:00 PM. 2) ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: • Electricity is not free for hosts. We really appreciate if you turn off all lights and air-conditioner(AC) upon exiting the unit at all times. 3) PARKING: • To avoid your vehicle from getting towed please park in spot #C6. 4) ROOFTOP POOL: • All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. • It is forbidden to swim during rain or when thunder and lightning can be heard or seen. • The routine maintenance of the pool takes place anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, unless requested otherwise. 5) ACCIDENTS: • We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you, as well as for the next guests. 6) CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: • Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to close the doors properly before leaving and place the keys inside the lockbox located at the entrance. 7) KEYS: • Guests are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged keys and will be charged $60USD. or $1200MXN. pesos for the replacement.
