The space
La Palmita Budget Boutique Hotel is everything you need for a comfortable short term stay. Amazing central location a short drive or 25 minute bike ride to beaches and cenotes as well as the charming shops and restaurants in town. A perfect base for exploring Tulum and its surrounding areas. There is great air-flow in the room making it a great place to relax and plan activities. Great restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance. An easy 90 minute drive from Cancun airport this suite is an ideal place to land in Tulum town. It is a perfect combination of comfort and location.

There are a variety of items available at the front desk for free or for a modest rental fee, including beach towels, snorkel gear, frisbees, coolers and more.
The rooftop is a nice space to catch some rays or see the sun set over the town. Rooftop hammocks are first come first serve. There are work spaces set up and plenty of tables and chairs. The bar is open for events only at the moment.
There is a shared kitchen for guest use on the rooftop.
We have the best internet available in Tulum (Telmex Fiber). However, Tulum as a whole is oversubscribed so there are connectivity issues at times, especially at peak hours. WiFi is shared with other guests. Streaming and other high bandwidth activities may be affected.
