Comfortable Studio Tulum Downtown

This spacious studio of approx 40 m2, is equipped with a king size bed, 49” Smart TV 4k, A/C, ceiling fans, living room with a comfortable double bed armchair, bathroom, closet, security box, dining room bar with their respective chairs and fully equipped kitchen for your total comfort.
In the kitchen you will find: Electric grill, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cooler and blender.
Our amenities are: Hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream, all in refillable containers to contribute to the care of the ecosystem and the beautiful jungle that there is in Tulum, and of course, towels.

In the hotel you will find two recreational areas for your enjoyment; the first is the lobby next to reception, which has a private outdoor garden area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. Finally, there is the rooftop, equipped with a deck for sunbathing, a massage area, 1.35 m deep pool and a nice lounge area with chairs and tables selected so that you can comfortably enjoy the beautiful Tulum sunsets.

We have wifi network service in all areas of the hotel and we have a wide list of services for you, including massages, laundry service within the hotel exclusively for our guests, tours, bike and motorcycle rentals, restaurants, bars, the best parties and places of interest that our manager will gladly recommend.

Change of towells, sheets and cleaning is not include. We just charge one fee of cleaning to your book, and this would be done at the moment of your check-out, if you need an extra cleaning, book it at reception just for 20usd.
The amenities is for your service at the hotel, there are not souvenirs, please dont take it! 🙂
