Practical and comfortable private room with the basic comforts to feel at home. With access to the common areas of our beautiful condominium, such as beautiful garden, barbecue area, pool, palapa and sunbeds; We are located in the center of the magical town of Tulum, just 3km from the beautiful beaches and the archeological zone, and very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and banks.

The space
The room is located on the ground floor with street view, just in front of the parking lot. It has independent entrance and access to the entire housing complex.

It is designed to make you feel at home, it has:
– One king size bed, closet, drawers, table for work, tv (with Netflix).
– Full bathroom with shower, wc, sink and mirror.
– Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, one electric grill, coffee maker, toaster, pans, plates, cups, coffee, sugar, oil.

In addition to: safety box, hair dryer, WI-FI, amenities and pool / beach towels (on request).
With access to the common area of our complex with pool, large garden with hammocks, palapa, tables, chairs and sunbeds.
Our location and facilities, in addition to the recommendations we have for you, make us your best option.

1. Location:
a. 1 block from Chedraui (supermarket / pharmacy / ATM)
b. 4 blocks from the main avenue (here you find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, etc.)
c. 10 min walk from Tulum downtown.
d. 15 min by bike from the beach / archaeological zone.

2. Surely you have already thought about what places you want to visit … but, how about we tell you the most beautiful places in Tulum, which are not so popular? For example, would you like to discover the famous Azulik art gallery? BUT NOT TULUM’S ! we’re talking about Francisco Uh May’s (it is much more beautiful, new and interesting)
Typical places are usually the most crowded and most expensive. But we know the area, we know where you will like to go!

3. Do you want to save? We have agreements with a car rental company, Airport-Tulum-Airport shuttles, preferential cenote rates, beach club courtesies, ASK US, we love helping you!

4. We know that there are guests who love to talk and listen to recommendations, the Tulum Nah team is cool, we love to share our experiences and tips from the area.

5. Do you like nature? We have an incredible garden where you can see birds and other animals, resting from a hammock or sunbed (you, not the animals, they will be in the trees haha).

6. Security: We have a night guard, security cameras and the condo is closed for exclusive access by registered guests (that is, the entire building will be full of guests like you who are on vacations).

7. Free parking spaces in front of the building, totally safe.

8. Your stay in Tulum Nah will be calm and full, the entire condominium is ours, and there will be NO parties that bother you. The people who frequent us the most are couples or groups of 2 to 3 friends, who are seeking to get to know the place and have experiences.

9. We know how annoying it is to load your bags all over the city due to the mismatch of schedules in check in / check out.
We can store your luggage (without valuables) while we leave your apartment completely ready.

Other things to note
The apartment has an independent entrance outside the condominium.
To make use of the common areas (pool, garden, lounge chairs, palapa), you have access to the main door of the condominium and you can do it whenever you like.
