Suite Tulum is an ecologic house as many houses in Tulum: like we use solar panels, to care for the environment where we live, it is prohibited to use hair dryer and iron, coffee machines or any element that take more than 100 watts. Save energy: turn off lights, ceiling fans and unplug your electronic devices when leaving the room. Only the charge of laptop, tablets or cell phones are allowed ONLY during the night. It is very important to respect those rules to avoid power cut. Silence time from 11 pm to 7 am. We will call the police if there is noise disturbing other guests between 10 pm and 9 am. If there is an aggressive attack towards other guests or towards the staff, the problematic guest will be required to check out without refund immediately with the help of the police. Check out time is at 11 am ( a fee of 100 usd will be charged if the room is still occupied after 12:00 pm. If the room is still occupied after 1 pm there is a fee of 250 usd + all the expenses resulted as compensation to the next guest for not being able to check them in on time, due to the delay of you ( previous guest), to check out. If you park your car at our property you have to read the " house guide" for more details and instructions/parking space is limited and we don´t recommend bringing a car. We do not offer valet parking but José is always trying to help with the parking situation. Jose is at the property from 11 am to 6 pm, if you leave the keys for him to move your car please plan accordingly. If you have to leave early morning the next day, please make sure to park your car outside the house, or at the very entrance free of obstacles*. Jose does all his best but we can not take full responsibility for this topic, especially if you have to go to the airport and catch a flight. Please make sure to prevent having your car blocked since one afternoon before. In the evening most of the guests go out for dinner and you may not find them after 6 or 7 pm. If the towels are stained or damaged at your check out they will be charged to you. The charge is 20 USD for each damaged towel. We don´t like to charge anything after check out please don´t put us in this situation. Don´t remove makeup, blood, sunblock, hair dye, clean your shoes, colored liquids, or the floor). Please keep them as clean as you would like to receive them.
