Guest access
Guests can access the pool and area around it with Weber gas/charcoal BBQ. There is a common bathroom behind the stairs to the right of the pool. Washing and drying of clothes can be done by request depending on the staff at the time for a fee.

Other things to note
Please note that a video inventory of all items is taken at check out and any items missing will be charged against your bill at check in, including towels. A 300 peso fee is charged for loss of keys.

As I want you to feel at home, I haven't put signs everywhere. But if you book you must be aware of, and adhere to the following : 1. The pool is 6m x 3m x 1.2-1.4m deep. No diving ( jumping from the edge with care) . Use the plastic cups provided for around the pool ( remember to bring them back to your villa) . Strictly no glass in or around the pool area. And yes, jumping/diving from the balconies or the bridge into the pool is strictly prohibited ( and suicidal) and will have the person involved ejected from the property, together with all of the guests in that Villa, with no refund. There are no life guards present. You are responsible for yourselves and for others under your care. An adult must be present at all times when children are using the pool. Remember there is no fence surrounding the pool , so please educate your children regarding pool safety. Be aware of your neighbours, they all surround the pool. Quiet time is from 10pm and no use of the pool is allowed from 11pm to 7am. 2. No shoes inside the villas. This is to protect the wood and reduce the noise of the upper villas disturbing those below. 3. An inventory is made before you check -in with a video and time. On check-out everything is checked again. Anything missing must be paid for. 4. Please do not throw paper or other things inorganic into the toilets as we have an environmental biodigester sewerage system which with not work if contaminated with inorganic material. 5. Please remember to turn off all fans / AC lights etc when leaving the Villa. 6. Villas Azul and Verde have mezzanine levels that are accessed using a wooden ladder. The access has no gate at the top. The ladder must be used facing the ladder. Alicat Villas and the Host take no responsibility from the occurrence of any accident from guests or their children accessing and leaving the mezzanine level or while sleeping in this area.
