The space
The apartment has 61 m2. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, air conditioner, fan, and a big closet with a safe box to keep your personal belongings. ☆ The bedroom has a balcony, and when you wake up you have a beautiful sight of the authentic jungle of Tulum. ☆

The living room is integrated with the kitchen, which has everything you may need to cook, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee to have breakfast before spending a beautiful day at the beach. The living room has an air conditioner, Smart TV, a table for 4 people, and a comfy sofa.

The building has one security person during the day and two persons during the night.

The apartment is located in La Veleta area, 4 kilometers away from the beach and 1 kilometer away from Tulum city.

IMPORTANT FOR THE GUESTS:
** Tulum is a rural area and is still growing. There may be occasional issues that are out of our control for example WiFi connection can be spotty at times or water and power outages.
** From January 15th there will be a construction area close to the apartment, there may be construction noises.
** Always be considerate of the neighbors. No parties and strictly no smoking inside the rooms.
** Guests are given the keys to the house, in case of loss, please inform the manager. The replacement of the keys will have a 20 USD charge.
** The pool is open from 7am to 8pm.
** Remember, you are renting a house, there is no hotel service.
** Damage and/or deterioration of any kind caused by the guest to the structure and its vegetation and/or to furniture/appliances/amenities inside the house must be promptly communicated to the owner. We do not accept any liability for the loss, theft, or damage to property owned by guests left unattended in the Property. In the event of damage, after the agreement on the amount of repair or new object depending on the case, this amount is reduced from the deposit paid. In case of damages with amounts above the security deposit, guests will pay a further amount outstanding on the amount of the damage. Everything available to guests must be handled with care and must be present in the property upon check-out. At the end of stay, there will be a check on it. It is forbidden to take out of the house any amenity.
** At least one person of the group should be of legal age (over 18).
** You can have guests, but be aware that they are your responsibility and governed by the same rules as you. If one of them spends the night in the Condo, we will charge an additional fee for each person.
** To avoid deterioration and esthetics of the structure, it is forbidden to put towels and clothes on the railings.
** The landlord declines any liability for accidents to persons in the Swimming Pool area.
** Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who will be held accountable.
** We do not accept any liability for damages to persons and/or things caused by improper use of the facility.
** Please for the respect of the environment, we kindly ask you to turn off lights, TVs, conditioners and other electrical equipment when leaving the house.
** If the house is returned in poor condition, a fee of twice the usual cleaning cost will be charged. Please wash all the dishes you used.
** Violent or abusive behavior is not tolerated. Should you engage in such, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave the Condo and no refund will be given.
** Summarizing: please take care of the house as if it was yours. We are sure you will love many things you can find in the house; keep them for the next guests.
